Annual Summary
I take up new work as a sales, which is both familiar and strange to me. Much difference from translation, this position is not only interesting but also full of challenges. Because things are not in your hands and

本学期，我担任初一的英语教学工作、作为从未从事中学英语教学的我，虽了解到了一些教学教法，但在实际的教育教学中，我深深感觉到教中学英语之难之累，真是苦在其身，乐在其心！为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步，现对本学期的教学工作作一总结。
一，学习课标，明确教学目标。
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求，树立起新的育人理念，我们英语组集体抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的，掌握了目前英语改革的重点，保证了教学的顺利进行。
二，扎实备课，理清教学思路。
课前备课，做到有备而来。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。并且认真写教案。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，并制作了各种有趣的教具，如：单词卡片，实物（图片），头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。让他们在快乐中学习，在玩中获得新知，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。课后备课，总结教学经验，每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教学后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。
三，认真上课，体现以人为本。
课堂上积极关注学生，充分体现学生的主体地位，认真授课。
1．巧设导入，培养兴趣、每节的教学我首先通过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生融洽在学习英语的.氛围内。
2，图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材图文并茂的特点，充分运用单词卡片，实物教具，简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片，动作，表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学习获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学习新知的同时。还适时对他们进行思想教育。
3，通过听录音，复习新知、我常在每节课结束的前5分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带、第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读、在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿，表演对话、在学生进行合作学习，表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学习英语的乐趣、这样既复习了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性，从而让学生真正做到眼到，口到，心到，手到。
总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮助，使我干劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增、我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法，在教学中设计一些学生喜爱的活动，游戏来辅助课堂教学，激活课堂、积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩、我相信有耕耘总会有收获。并且

为切实提高本班在6月份的英语四级考试通过率，现依照考试题型分布，暂作如下学习计划：
一、写作
1.为同学提供优秀短文，供其参考。
2.写作的根基是词、句，因此，让同学背诵高级词汇短语及美句，以提高作文分数。
3.一星期完成作文一篇。
二、听力
限于上课时间，决定在周日、周一、周三的晚自习抽40分钟进行听力训练。此前，班级已经进行了数次训练。
三、阅读理解和完形
这两个题型的训练排在一起，进行限时训练。
四、历年真题及模拟题
除学院统一安排的6次模拟外，班级会另排时间进行模拟训练。
五、词汇
备战四级，拥有庞大的词汇量是必不可少的。所以，班级每人手头必备一本四级词典。
以上安排是针对班级整体而言，对于个别英语基础薄弱的同学，进行监督并督促其完成相关的四级内容，例如词汇记忆、美句背诵等；并对其进行指导，帮忙解决问题。再者，对于每次的模拟考试有进步的同学给予一定的奖励，相互间形成竞争，提高他们对英语学习的积极性。
当然，上述的安排会依照班级情况及学院计划作相应的调整。
我们的目标：不能保证100%的通过率，但我们力求100%，相信努力会创造奇迹。
